How to register:

Registering with the practice is quick and easy, and can be done via email, over the telephone or in person. To register with the practice we just need to take a few personal details from you including your full name, DOB, address and contact telephone number. Once we receive your details, you are ready to make an appointment at a suitable time*.

What to expect at your appointment:

As a new patient with us, you will have an initial examination first. This usually takes an hour. During this appointment, your dentist will give you a thorough examination, take any x-rays or photos if necessary and devise a personal treatment plan for you. You will also have the chance to discuss any concerns you may have and to have any questions answered. It is also a nice opportunity for us to get to know each other – our dentists like to know all of their patients personally, to provide them with the best possible care.

Prior to seeing your dentist, you are required to fill in a medical history form, letting us know about any medications, allergies or health implications that we need to take into consideration. For your convenience, it is available to download at the bottom of this page, so you can print it off and fill it out at home and in your own time. Alternatively, please arrive with time before your appointment to allow sufficient time to fill this in.

Payment policy:

It is the practice policy to take a 50% deposit for future treatment at the time of booking. This protects our diary against cancellations. If you have booked treatment time with the dentist prior to having your initial consultation, all prices will be approximate and only confirmed once you have seen the dentist. Please allow for this variation in the total cost of your treatment.

At the practice you can pay by cash or credit/debit card. If you have external insurance, we will happily help you to fill in any necessary forms but all treatment must be paid in full.

Cancellation policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. Cancellations not made within this period will be charged an Failed to Attend Fee of £1/minute for up to 60 minutes
